Ezekiel 33:26-28

^26 (A)You rely on the sword, ^(B)you commit abominations, and ^(C)each of you defiles his neighbour's wife; shall you then possess the land? ²⁷ Say this to them, Thus says the Lord God: ^(D)As I live, surely those who are in ^(E)the waste places shall fall by ^(F)the sword, and whoever is in the open field I will give to ^(G)the beasts to be devoured, and those who are in ^(H)strongholds and in caves shall die by ^(I)pestilence. ^28 (J)And I will make the land a desolation and a waste, and ^(K)her proud might shall come to an end, and ^(L)the mountains of Israel shall be so desolate that none will pass through.
